More artists revealed!

It many only be just over a month until the gates of The Hidden Valley open, but that doesn’t mean we haven’t got time to squeeze in a few more tasty line up treats for you! Today we have added a couple of cherrys on top of your very delicious Nozstock 2017 cake…

On The Orchard Stage we welcome back the steampunk flavoured Professor Elemental to brew you a nice hip-hop number, stir it with comedy and serve it with scones. Whilst Saturday welcomes Harpers Bazaars ‘one to watch’ energetic collective They Say Jump, alongside rip-roaring alt-folk outfit Noble Jacks and heavyweight roots-reggae crew King Solomon Band. They are joined by Westerman, Cousin Kula, Swansea Laptop Orchestra, Deaf Pictures, Hardwicke Circus  and over on the Garden Stage, Ushti Baba and Wovoka Gentle.

The Bandstand remains a haven for all things unsigned and diverse by welcoming melodic homegrown pop artist Chloe Foy, 60s rock and roll trio Dai and The Ross, nu folk artist Jo Rose, and funk sensations Buffalo Brothers. They are joined by Vaginapocalypse, White Feather Collective, How Dare You? That’s My Mother You’re Talking About, Soeur, Oh Man The Mountain, The Balkaneers, Lost Tuesday Society and Steve Strong.

The Coppice have been getting in on the action to with Tribe of Frog adding a host of sonic delights for your psytrance pleasure including Aardvark, Neutron, Steve OOOD, Rama, Jagerhertz, Psydigital and Orestis Sundance.

For the house lovers amongst you, things get serious on Sunday night when Emotion stage a vinyl only takeover of Elephants Grave featuring Delirium, Dangerous Davies and Stinger, but if you prefer your late night entertainment with more than a hint of sass then check out the additions to Velveteen Valley including Sophia Disgrace, Kiki Mellek, Joanne Jordan and Owen Niblock.

Phew! And that’s not all we’ve got Masked Life Drawing, Break Dancing Workshops, Willow Weaving and Sound Art Collectives all announced today…not forgetting of course the surreal place where anything Orange goes, for all you orange-inal nutters…have you been Prango’d yet?

 

 

 

Line up announcement: Wu-Tang Clan & Martha Reeves headline The Orchard

We’re sorry to announce the cancellation of Wu-Tang Clan. De La Soul will be headlining on Saturday at Nozstock. See the details here.

We thought it was high time to reveal the first tasty line up tit bits for this years festy and not to speak too soon- but it looks like 2015 is going to be our biggest and bestest festival ever. Huzzah! Hold on to your hats while we take you on the very first whirlwind tour of Nozstock announcement goodness…

Bam! Start getting excited for hip-hop heroes Wu Tang Clan, scrummy motown legend Martha Reeves and The Vandellas, London trop-pop icon Hollie Cook, improvisational wizard Beardyman, dandy old Mr B The Gentleman Rhymer, and Gyp-Step six-piece Molotov Jukebox. Expect great things from legendary pairing Ed Rush & Optical, as well as prolific drum and bass producer, Dillinja.

Congo Natty will be bringing his reggae-infused, rootsy sound to the Garden Stage, and jump-up hero DJ Hype is set to smash it. British folk favourite Beans on Toast will sing his heart out just for you lovely lot, and don’t forget to pack your bass faces ready for legendary DJs Ed Solo and Deekline.

If you’re a hunter of some serious beats then never fear- Nozstock is here. We’ve got performances from Dr Syntax and we’ve teamed up with the one and only Uncle Dugs, who’ll be performing AND bringing some of his favourites with him- expect big things from Ratpack, Slipmatt, Kenny Ken, and Billy Daniel Bunter.

All this plus the likes of Electric Swing Circus, Mr Woodnote & Eva Lazarus, Lisbee Stainton, Skinny Lister, Best Friends and the cream of the up and coming crop. Plus many more to be announced.
