Quench that thirst, and customise your own merch…

Ever inventive, our potions experts have been rustling up a treat in the kitchen and have concocted a veritably delicious menu of nozstalgic cocktails to whet your whistles, taking you back to the heady days of sweet shops and sticky hands. You can treat yourselves to a Rola-cola, Sour Apple, Cornershop Fizzypop or Tutti Frutti.

And if beer’s more your thing, Wye Valley Brewery have brewed us up a commemorative fruity, pale ale of our very own; Nozstalgia. Get yours at our homegrown bars.

After the buzz it created last year, we didn’t feel we could miss out on the chance of inviting back Live Ink, to help you make your customised, official Nozstock garms. They return with some snazzy new screens this year (nod to the excellent work done by our design team on these), as well as the usual swag that you love – badges, tattoos, stickers and more. Who needs that royal wedding tea-towel when you’ve got 20th anniversary Nozstock merchandise on offer?

Higgins' drinking beer at Nozstock - Emily Priestley

Who doesn’t love beer? And who doesn’t love feeling all-powerful?

Exactly. So, we bring you this year’s best creative collaboration. We’ve teamed up with master brewers, makers of the delightful Butty Bach and Hereford Pale Ale, Wye Valley Brewery (insert misty soft-focus image of a pint … and smiley beer garden faces, here). They’ve been our favourite brewers with the tastiest real ales for as long as we can remember, and many’s the time a weary Nozstocker has downed his tools and popped to the Rosie for a quick bevvie to muse on the day’s achievements.

Wye Valley Brewery are offering one lucky Nozstock fan the chance to NAME OUR NOZSTOCK BEER FOR 2017. This finest of brews will be distributed throughout the ‘Shire in the lead up to the festival. As you’re clearly the most creative pun-wizards a festival could ask for, we thought we’d lay down the gauntlet on naming rights to you lot, so don’t let us down!

Should you be selected as All-powerful Namer of Beers, you will receive entry for you and a friend to come and see the beer being brewed (13th June), plus you’ll get a complimentary pub lunch and a Wye Valley goody bag!

Get your sterling entries down in response to this post and we’ll select a winner at random on Sunday 28 May.

There’s a few rules, of course.

– You must be in receipt of a Nozstock ticket and will be asked to provide proof of purchase if you are selected as a winner.
– You must be aged 18 or over.
– You must be available to attend the brewing day on 13 June.
– You agree to be filmed and photographed as part of Nozstock promotions on the brewing day. This will be used to promote the festival through Nozstock’s website and social channels.
