Grandmaster Flash

We’re proud to be welcoming Grandmaster Flash, one of hip hop’s original innovators, to the Orchard Stage!

Commonly referred to as a founding father of hip hop as a genre, Grandmaster Flash is a world renowned rapper and DJ, best known as the pioneer of cutting, scratching and mixing.

Flash’s career has extended from the Bronx in the early 1970s, to all corners of the globe to the present date, and now to our beloved Noz.

Known for his electric live shows, Flash recently performed alongside LL COOLJ, RUN DMC, Chuck D, Flavor Flav and DJ Jazzy Jeff at the 2023 Grammys.

Described as being ‘at once a historian, a storyteller and a cultural force’ – his is a show we’re excited to share with you.
