Kaitzy

Kaitzy has been DJing since she was 8 years old, drawing on a love of music influenced by her family. Now at the age of 17, she is an up-and-coming house and techno DJ. Kaitzy’s musical interests range from 90s classic acts such as The KLF and The Chemical Brothers to new stars like Hannah Laing and Charlotte De Witte. She gains inspiration from the excellent female DJs and producers that are coming to the fore and aspires to follow in their footsteps. Even at her young age, Kaitzy has already played at Lancaster’s Highest Point Festival and is a regular DJ at many of Lancaster’s up-and-coming club nights. She has received support and advice from Radio 1’s Sarah Story and Sonny Wharton. She is really excited to play out at more festivals this year and is looking forward to meeting loads of new people with a similar passion for this music.
