Mindful juggling with Luke and Miguel from Life Juggling. Come along and learn to juggle. Juggling is great for focusing the mind, using breathing techniques while being active and learning impressive skills to wow your friends and family once you return from Nozstock. Luke and Miguel will guide you through different exercises to improve your coordination, encourage self-reflection to discover more about yourself and get you working with others in a supportive and challenging way. This workshop is not just throwing balls in the air yet a lifelong skill that you can take away with you and if you are lucky they will perform their interactive juggling show to encourage you to keep practicing.
