Anz is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Yoga Teacher Trainer. Having a personal practice for over 14 years involving many forms of movement, her classes have a unique blend of creativity combining yoga, breath, mindful movement, Qi Gong, and Tai Chi.

After training in India, Anz has been travelling and teaching worldwide at renowned retreat centres and festivals, whilst also delving deeper into mindfulness and meditation studying Buddhism.

Her teachings intertwine a theme of self acceptance encouraging students to harness their inner warrior with an open heart, to find comfort within the discomfort, whilst building strength in body and mind.

Saturday morning yoga class – 10am – 11:30am

Yoga class: Reawaken the warrior

A slow but energising flow awakening the strength of the warrior within. We will reconnect body and breath to find stillness even within the heat of the fire.

A very limited number of yoga mats will be available, please bring you own or arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Sunday morning workshop – 10am – 11:30am

Voice, Body & Chakra Activation Workshop

This invigorating workshop offers an opportunity for empowerment, to embrace your authentic sound expression, your unique body, and let it all go.

The journey begins by centring and connecting with the breath, we will then familiarise ourselves with the entire body through free movement, before grounding to the earth with a chakra activation meditation.

Previous experience isn’t not required, if you have a body and a voice that’s all you need to bring along.
