Nozstock The Hidden Valley 2021 is postponed

Nozstock The Hidden Valley 2021 is postponed

Dear Nozstockers,

We are devastated that we find ourselves in this position once again but unfortunately we must announce the 22nd edition of Nozstock The Hidden Valley will be postponed and will now take place between the 21st and 24th July 2022.

Words can’t even begin to explain how we feel about having to postpone again. We’ve been working tirelessly to figure out ways that we can deliver a safe and secure event this July, which lives up to the expectations we’ve set for our really special and intimate festival. Ultimately, despite calls from the industry, COVID cancellation insurance has not yet been implemented and we have run out of time –  Economically, we cannot keep pushing on without this in place, especially with production costs rising every day and recent reports of increased cases and a possible delay to the roadmap. If we were to go ahead, the financial risk could affect Nozstock’s future beyond this year.

This coupled with recent supplier issues has created obstacles which we find insurmountable. We are no longer confident we could deliver the quality of event you’ve come to expect. So for now, our time is up for 2021. Believe us, it has been the hardest decision to make, which we have agonised over. A massive thank you to each and every one of you for your ongoing support and understanding – Nozstock would not be here without you. 🙏🏻

We will be working hard over the coming weeks to rollover as much of our amazing line up as possible with Andy C, Bill Bailey, Submotion Orchestra, Calyx and Teebee, Break and Utah Saints already confirmed.  The support that we had from you loyal Nozstockers combined with selling out so quickly gave us such hope for this year which makes this postponement even harder.

We know it’s a big ask but if you can rollover your ticket to 2022 it will help to support us and allow us to keep doing what we do best. We do understand that won’t be possible for everyone. Our waiting list will also rollover to 2022, and people on this list will be offered tickets as part of our resale before they go out to everyone, so do bear in mind that any refunded tickets could be snapped up quickly.

Your ticket will automatically be rolled over to 2022, but if you do want to apply for a refund, just log in to your TicketSellers account by 26th July 2021, and follow the instructions. Please be patient whilst TicketSellers help you all through this. For more details and FAQs about the postponement of Nozstock 2021 or to join the waiting list, head to: https://bit.ly/wait-list21

In the meantime,  we do have some positive news. We are committed to bringing some form of Nozstock to your lives (and ours) this summer in the form of smaller, one day events which can be socially distanced if guidance requires. More details about these events will be released in the coming weeks. You can sign up to be the first to hear about them at https://bit.ly/nozevents2021

Thank you everyone. We will be in the fields again and it will make it so much sweeter when we can come together at last. 🎉

Big love ❤️,

Noz HQ

FAQs about the postponement of Nozstock 2021

  • Without government backed insurance our situation remains precarious. We are also struggling to secure suppliers across multiple areas due to the impact of Covid-19 on businesses over the past year. This is why we have decided to reschedule this year’s festival to 21st – 24th July 2022, so we can plan with confidence and deliver you the level of event you expect and deserve.

  • All tickets and extras will automatically rollover to 2022 so if you’ve already bought yours, you don’t need to do anything and as a family-run, independent festival, we thank you for your support – it will help Nozstock navigate these difficult times, and give you something to look forward to!

However, we do understand that not everyone is in the position to support us in this way. So if you wish to apply for a refund please login to your customer account here: https://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/your_account before 26th July 2021.

If you have a question regarding your order, you can contact Ticketsellers via their contact form here: https://theticketsellers.ladesk.com/submit_ticket

You can pay off the balance of your ticket for 2022’s event before our new payment deadline of 1st September 2021. However, please note if you do not purchase your ticket in full by this date, we will release that ticket back to our waiting list and your deposit so far will be lost, so make a note of the date!

  • By doing nothing and allowing us to rollover your ticket to 2022, you are already supporting Nozstock – thank you.

If you can afford to, and would like to do more by supporting Nozstock both this and next year, then you can make a donation or donate a ticket. We have already spent on this year’s production, as you might imagine – this kind of support really helps.

There are a couple of options:

    1. 💕 Donate your ticket. For those who can afford to, this level of generosity is huge for us, thank you. You’ll be entered into a prize draw.
    2. 🙏 Make a partial donation. As a small, independent event, any extra support like this will make a really positive difference.

Those who donate a ticket or make a partial donation will be fast-tracked up to the top of our waiting list for 2022’s festival, and be first in line to buy tickets.

This can be done by logging into your customer account… https://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/your_account

If you have a question regarding your order, you can contact Ticketsellers via their contact form here: https://theticketsellers.ladesk.com/submit_ticket

  • All volunteer roles, tickets and extras will automatically rollover to 2022 so if you’ve already paid for your ticket, you don’t need to do anything. As an independent festival, we are grateful to those who support us by carrying over their ticket.

However, we do understand that not everyone is in the position to support us in this way or that your plans may have changed. So if you wish to apply for a refund please login to your customer account here: https://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/your_account before 26th July 2021.

  • We’ll get in contact with you. Look out for an email from [email protected]

  • Your stage/area manager will be in touch with you to discuss this.

  • If you’re an ambassador that has been selling tickets for this year’s festival, we will automatically rollover your ambassador profile and the tickets that you have sold to your buyers to Nozstock 2022, so there is no need to do a thing! The new dates for Nozstock are July 21st – 24th 2022 and we will be working hard over the coming weeks to rollover as much of our amazing line up as possible with Andy C, Bill Bailey, Gentlemans Dub Club, Submotion Orchestra, Calyx and Teebee, Break and Utah Saints already confirmed.

Providing your ticket buyers do not apply for a refund you will be able to pick up exactly where you left off for Nozstock 2022. If some of your buyers do request refunds you may need to sell the difference for 2022 to qualify for your ticket.

As an ambassador, you may find that your ticket buyers ask you directly for a refund. Please explain to them that they can apply for a refund through Ticketsellers, with more information on the “How do I get a refund?” section of this page.

We are an independent festival, and therefore grateful to those who support us by carrying over their ticket to 2022. However, we do understand that not everyone is in the position to support us in this way. It would also benefit you as an ambassador if your ticket buyers rollover their tickets to 2022, as it means that your progress in selling tickets will not be lost.
